Inpatient Rehabilitation Occupational Therapy Assistant

Encompass Health seeks an Occupational Therapy Assistant to support inpatient rehabilitation patients in restoring independence with daily activities. Working under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist, you will carry out individualized treatment plans, lead therapeutic exercises, train patients on adaptive equipment, and document progress in our EMR system. You will collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary rehab team in a patient-centered, supportive environment focused on high-quality care and professional growth.
