Daily Responsibilities: Documentation of all communication with clients in lab data entry software Providing solutions to technical issues with cases Basic Excel knowledge for storing current cases that are on hold Organizational skills to prioritize daily workload and complete work on a timely basis Ability to train others in technical aspects of products as needed Required Skills: Minimum of 10 years work experience in dental technology Basic knowledge in crown and bridge, dentures, partials, implants and attachments, orthodontics appliances (preferred) Nice to Have Skills: Orthodontic knowledge CDT preferred Microsoft Outlook proficiency Basic Excel understanding Salary and Benefits: We offer competitive salaries and a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, life insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, and paid time off.
