We are excited and full of anticipation to see our employees prosper to their full potential. We are currently seeking a Construction Estimator to join our team. Responsibilities Prepare estimates of costs of materials, labor, equipment and subcontracts for construction projects based on contract bids, quotations, schematic drawings, and specifications Prepare cost and expenditure statements and forecasts at regular intervals for the duration of a project Prepare and maintain a directory of suppliers, contractors, and subcontractors Liaise, consult and communicate with engineers, architects, owners, contractors and subcontractors, and prepare change orders and adjustments to cost estimates Manage and co-ordinate construction projects, and prepare construction progress schedules Minimum Qualifications Construction estimating experience preferred Valid Drivers License Computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Office products Effective communication skills A complete understanding of the construction process Benefits 8 hour shifts, Monday – Friday Competitive pay Growth opportunities Employee Assistance Program Employee perks and discounts Tuition reimbursement Adoption assistance A good work/life balance #J-18808-Ljbffr
