Key Responsibilities\n \n Perform thorough assessments of patients through video-based encounters, establishing rapport and trust to foster open communication. \n Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations, compiling vital medical and psychosocial data, including health history and mental status findings. \n Design and implement individualized behavioral health treatment plans based on assessment outcomes, targeting specific needs and concerns of patients. \n Monitor patient progress, evaluate treatment efficacy, and adapt interventions as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes. \n Maintain meticulous documentation of patient interactions, sensitive information, and mental health records to comply with legal and organizational standards. \n Stay current with developments in mental health practices and evidence-based therapies to enhance your clinical competencies and patient care. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n Our diverse patient population encompasses individuals and families of all ages and backgrounds. As an LMFT at Family Guidance Counseling Services, you will have the opportunity to work with clients facing a variety of challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. Qualifications\n \n Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT) from an accredited institution. \n Active and unrestricted LMFT license in the state of California. \n A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in a behavioral health setting. \n Proven ability to practice independently without the need for ongoing clinical supervision. \n Exceptional clinical skills with the ability to treat a diverse age range, including adolescents and adults. \n Strong interpersonal skills with effective written and verbal communication abilities. \n Preferred Experience\n \n Experience working in a telehealth setting is highly advantageous. \n Familiarity with evidence-based psychosocial interventions and current treatment methodologies. \n Understanding of cultural competence and the ability to adapt therapeutic techniques to meet the needs of a diverse clientele. \n Compensation and Benefits\n Family Guidance Counseling Services offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
