This role partners closely with senior leadership, the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors, and key stakeholders to ensure programs are competitive, compliant, and supportive of the company’s business strategy and governance standards. Responsibilities Lead the design and execution of executive compensation programs, including base salary, annual incentives, long-term incentives, and special awardsEnsure programs are market competitive, performance driven, and aligned with shareholder interests and company strategyProvide expertise on compensation trends, emerging practices, regulatory changes, and proxy advisor perspectivesDevelop and oversee executive compensation job evaluation, leveling, and approval processes in partnership with HR and executive leadershipBoard and Compensation Committee Support Partner with the Compensation Committee by preparing materials and analyses to support executive pay decisionsDevelop and present executive compensation recommendations and governance updatesSupport preparation of the annual CD&A and executive compensation disclosures for proxy and SEC filingsManage the relationship with the Board compensation consultantGovernance and Compliance Ensure compliance with SEC, IRS, stock exchange, and other regulatory requirementsManage risk assessments, pay for performance reviews, and shareholder engagement materialsPartner with Legal, Finance, and Investor Relations to maintain transparent disclosuresProgram Management and Leadership Oversee administration of executive pay programs, including equity grant cycles, incentive plans, and retention awardsLead competitive benchmarking analyses using survey and peer group dataCollaborate with Finance on budgeting, forecasting, and accounting implicationsManage and develop a small team while fostering analytical rigor and professional growthQualificationsRequired Knowledge and Experience Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferredExtensive compensation experience with deep expertise in executive compensationDeep knowledge of executive compensation regulations, governance trends, and best practicesExperience preparing materials for Compensation Committees and Boards of DirectorsSkills and Attributes Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with exceptional attention to detailExcellent communication and presentation skillsStrategic mindset with the ability to balance competitiveness, cost, risk, and shareholder alignmentHigh integrity, discretion, and judgmentProven leadership and talent development capabilitiesThe targeted pay range for this position in the following location is / locations are:United States - Dallas Infomart Office DAI : 200,000 - 300,000 USD / Annual Canada - Toronto Office TRO : 202,000 - 302,000 CAD / Annual Our pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location.The pay range shown is based on our compensation structure in place at the time of posting and may be updated periodically based on business needs. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training.The targeted pay range listed reflects the base pay only and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits.
