Caregiver Position

Visiting Angels provides a variety of non-medical services to the elderly in their homes all throughout our community. We are seeking caregivers in the surrounding areas WASHINGTON, ALLEGHENY, FAYETTE AND GREENE COUNTIES. Flexible scheduling, bonuses, training.

Performance Based Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Bonuses! - Your hard work and dedication to Visiting Angels is rewarded!

Weekend Differential Pay - Pick up some weekends or only available on the weekends EARN more on the hour!

Paid Time Off

Paid orientation and Training- Paid training's including Gait Belt use & Hoyer lift training!

Bi Annual Caregiver celebrations - We LOVE to celebrate our Angels!

Employee Referral Bonuses- up to $1,000 for each dependable employee referral

$1,000 sign-on bonus must meet requirements!

Annual Evaluations- with performance-based pay increases yearly

Responsibilities & Qualifications:

Drivers License is required

NO Experience needed - Willingness to learn new skills

Ability to act in a professional, dependable and compassionate manner

Attending to their needs with ability to follow individualized care plan.

Assist with activities of daily living bathing, dressing, mobility

Assist with meal preparation- Assist in meals

Occasional transportation - examples Dr. Appts, Daily Errands

Perform light housekeeping duties- sweeping, light laundry, linen changes, dishes after meals

Excellent communications skills - with clients and office staff
