In this role, you will partner with Engineering, Technical Program Managers (TPMs), and business stakeholders to coordinate project execution from planning through launch. You will help manage project schedules, track milestones, identify risks, and ensure successful delivery of product integration, testing, and deployment activities in a fast-paced environment. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in cross-functional environments, enjoys solving problems, and takes ownership of driving projects to completion. Responsibilities Coordinate end-to-end project activities across Engineering, Technical Program Management, and cross-functional business teams. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and key deliverables throughout the product development lifecycle. Track project progress, identify schedule risks and dependencies, and proactively drive issue resolution. Support integration activities, internal testing, Alpha/Beta programs, and production launch readiness. Facilitate recurring project meetings, document action items, and ensure timely follow-up with stakeholders. Prepare project status reports and executive updates highlighting progress, risks, and mitigation plans. Coordinate multiple concurrent projects while ensuring priorities remain aligned with business objectives. Partner with stakeholders to improve communication, project visibility, and execution efficiency. Escalate project blockers when appropriate and help drive timely decisions. Continuously improve project management processes and operational effectiveness. Must-Have Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience. 2+ years of Project Coordination, Program Coordination, or Project Management experience. Experience supporting cross-functional product development teams. Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle, project milestones, and dependencies. Experience creating and managing project schedules using Microsoft Project or similar project management tools. Experience using collaboration and project tracking platforms such as SharePoint or comparable tools. Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify risks and proactively eliminate issues.
