We offer growth opportunities for career track progression and ongoing professional development.The RoleAs an Elevo Coach, you will:Lead K–8 students through structed, engaging activities and sports using Elevo’s curriculumManage group dynamics and support positive student behaviorPartner with school staff and fellow coaches to create a welcoming program environmentShow up consistently as a role model who helps students build confidence and social skillsAbout YouExperience coaching, playing sports, working in education, or leading youth in any setting (e.g., camp counseling, youth programs, childcare)Lead by example as a confident, positive role model students want to followBring energy and presence that holds a group of up to 20 students’ attentionStay calm and empathetic when managing behavior or redirecting a tough momentBuild trust quickly with students, families, and school staffRun activities on time and adapt on the fly when plans shiftCollaborate with fellow coaches and school partnersMotivated by Elevo’s mission to support student well-beingAdditional RequirementsEligible to work in the U.S.; pass Live Scan and TB screening18+ with high school diploma or GEDPhysical RequirementsCandidates must be able to engage in the following activities with or without a reasonable accommodation:Ability to constantly move about to accomplish tasks or move from one place to another frequentlySitting or standing for long periodsOccasional running and other strenuous physical activityAbility to move safely on irregular and/or uneven terrain on a regular basisElevo is committed to creating a diverse work environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
