This is an exceptional opportunity for a new surgeon to join a well-established practice, benefiting from outstanding mentorship provided by Dr. Harold Kennedy and Dr. Robin Ardoin. The current surgical team is eager to welcome a new member who will eventually take over the practice in the coming years. Drs. Kennedy and Ardoin will offer their expertise and support, including introductions to referrals and integration into the local community.

Our organization has set the standard for the Oral Surgery field in south central Louisiana for many years. Both Dr. Kennedy and Dr. Ardoin are proud Louisiana natives who have been practicing since the 1990s. They have cultivated a remarkable practice with an excellent reputation, consistently recognized as one of the most trusted and sought-after by patients throughout the state. We provide comprehensive oral surgery services, ranging from extractions and implants to trauma cases and sleep apnea treatments, covering a wide array of needs. Our surgical team is dedicated to serving the community, and taking calls at local hospitals is a vital aspect of our operations. In addition to the aforementioned services, we also conduct a full spectrum of bone grafting and dental implant procedures, as well as diagnosing and treating TMJ disorders, facial pain, and facial injuries. Our staff is well-trained in assisting with I.V. sedation and general anesthesia at our modern medical facility. The surgeons are actively engaged in the Lafayette community and participate in various local organizations.

We are looking for a dedicated, skilled, and ambitious individual focused on patient care and the successful management of a practice. Drs. Board Certification (or plans to obtain certification) is a requirement for this position.
