Warranty Tech/Finish Carpenter Centennial Homes is hiring a Warranty Tech/Finish Carpenter located in Aberdeen. The position involves final finish and inspection of manufactured or modular homes, completing warranty work, and ensuring customer satisfaction during final walk-throughs. Responsibilities Complete final finish/inspection and walk-through with the customer for delivered homes. Complete all warranty work on homes. Qualifications Construction background with 3-5 years of experience in tape and texturing of drywall. Clean driving record. Pass background and drug screening. Ability to travel overnight as needed. Valid driver's license. Minimum 5 years trim carpentry experience. Willingness to travel at least 50% of time. 21 years or older. Benefits Competitive pay ($23.00-$26.00 per hour).
