Preferred Background and Skills: Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active state licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) Experience in pediatric and school-based settings Strong communication and collaboration skills Commitment to evidence-based therapy and individualized student care Dedicated, compassionate, and adaptable Familiarity with creating and maintaining IEPs preferred Key Responsibilities: Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments Develop and implement individualized therapy plans for students Maintain accurate records and comprehensive documentation Participate in IEP meetings with staff and families Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to maximize student progress Provide therapy both individually and in group/session formats as needed Communicate progress and needs clearly to all stakeholders This contract position provides flexibility along with meaningful daily engagement in an educational setting. You'll have the support of a dynamic team committed to student success while gaining valuable school-based experience. Compensation for this position ranges from $33.00 to $65.00.
