Job Title MX Care+ Operations Manager (#17469-1) Position Details Role: Operations Manager 5 (Care+ System Integration & Set-up) Pay Rate: Up to $47.00 / hr (Based on education/qualifications) Location: 6625 Excellence Way, Plano, TX, USA (100% Fully Onsite) Duration: 12 Months Language: English/Korean Bilingual (Preferred) Role Summary The MX Care+ Operations Manager will oversee and optimize the operational processes and system integrations for the MX Care+ team. Serving as a critical liaison between IT/Development teams and the Care+ business unit, this role is responsible for requirements gathering, system analysis, process improvement, and project facilitation. The ideal candidate will possess a strong tactical execution mindset to manage system set‑ups (including SKU creation and product mapping across multiple channels) while ensuring cross‑functional alignment across global regions. Top Skills Process Improvement & System Analysis: Proven ability to streamline complex system integration, set‑up processes, and perform rigorous usability testing. Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering: Skilled at bridging the gap between business needs and IT/Dev execution, including detailed documentation. Tactical SCM/Operation Execution: Experience in hands‑on system set‑up, including SKU creation and product mapping across multi‑channel environments. Key Responsibilities Operational Strategy & Integration: Develop and implement operational strategies to streamline system integration and set‑up processes for the MX Care+ platform. IT & Business Liaison: Act as the primary liaison between IT/Dev teams and the Care+ business side; lead requirements gathering, system analysis, process improvement, project facilitation, testing, and documentation. Tactical System Set‑up: Drive and take full ownership of SEA Care+ system set‑ups, including SKU creation and product mapping across multiple operational channels. Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics to identify efficiency bottlenecks, implementing effective corrective actions as needed. Global Partner Collaboration: Support internal and external business partners based in Korea and India, which requires the ability to work outside of standard US business hours approximately 10% to 15% of the time. Compliance & Policy: Ensure strict compliance with corporate organizational policies and industry regulations across all operational activities. Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in operations management, with a dedicated focus on system integration, set‑up, and project management methodologies. Industry Knowledge: Experience in device protection, technology, or the consumer electronics industry is highly preferred. Familiarity with MX Care+ operations and systems is a strong plus. Language Skills: Fluent in English (Required); Bilingual proficiency in Korean is highly preferred to facilitate seamless communication with HQ.
