About the Practice Practice Setting: Inpatient only Employed physician within a nonprofit Catholic health system Choice of 3 initial sites with high, medium, and low acuity Full-time 120 hours/month; Part-time 60 hours/month NICU staffed with Dell Children's Neonatologists Serving the Austin proper population of approximately 1.02 million and Round Rock population of 142,000 Why Physicians Choose Ascension Physician-led, collaborative culture Long-term practice stability National network with local autonomy Mission-centered care rooted in service Additional Requirements: Completion of an accredited residency in Obstetrics & Gynecology Board Certified or Board Eligible by ABOG Current Texas medical license (or eligibility) and DEA registration by start date Prior experience as an OB hospitalist or in high-acuity obstetrics preferred but not required. What minimum qualifications you'll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Texas Medical Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Education: Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
