Position Overvie esOperational Execution & Process Optimizati onDevelop and implement streamlined operational processes that enhance efficiency across the organizatio n.Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve communication and collaboration between sales, underwriting, servicing, and finance team s.Ensure operational scalability to support the company’s growth objectives while maintaining service excellenc e.Identify and mitigate operational risks while ensuring compliance with regulatory and lending guideline onEvaluate, select, and implement technology solutions to improve loan origination, servicing, and overall workflow automatio n.Optimize the firm’s use of CRM, loan management systems, and other operational platforms to improve data-driven decision-makin g.Drive digital transformation initiatives that enhance the borrower experience and internal efficiencie s.Strategic Leadership & Executi onPartner with the executive team to define and execute strategic priorities for operational growth and efficienc y.Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and drive operational excellence.Develop and mentor a high-performing operations team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvemennsOversee loan processing, underwriting, and servicing workflows to ensure timely execution and quality control.Collaborate with finance and treasury teams to ensure optimal liquidity management and funding strategies.Improve cost efficiency and operational effectiveness while maintaining service standard Qualifications & Experie nce5+ years of experience in operations leadership, preferably within real estate financi ng.Proven track record of optimizing operations, executing strategic initiatives, and implementing technology-driven efficiencies.Experience with loan origination systems (LOS), CRM platforms, and workflow automation tools preferred.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive process improvemen ts.Leadership experience with a track record of building and managing high-performing tea ms.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environme #J-18808-Ljbffr Graystone Group
