No CDL Required | Paid Weekly | No Experience Necessary

2.0 Logistics is hiring full-time FedEx Delivery Drivers to join our growing team. We are looking for dependable, safety-focused people who enjoy working independently, staying active, and being part of a strong team environment.

No delivery experience? No problem. We are willing to train the right person.

Our routes are located in East Wichita, Andover, Rose Hill, Augusta, Benton, and Towanda. Routes are close to the terminal and designed to be manageable so drivers can work efficiently and still maintain work-life balance.

We strive for a typical schedule of approximately 8:15 AM to 5:00 PM most days.

Typical Schedule

Standard 5-day workweek
Current opening is Tuesday through Saturday
Some flexibility available for the right candidate
Optional sixth day opportunities for bonus pay

Job Responsibilities

Safely operate a FedEx delivery vehicle
Deliver and pick up packages to homes and businesses
Use handheld scanners and routing technology
Load and organize packages for your route
Work efficiently while providing excellent customer service
Follow all company safety procedures
Communicate with management and teammates throughout the day

Requirements

Must be at least 21 years old
Valid driver’s license
Clean driving record
Able to pass background check and drug screening
Able to lift packages up to 150 lbs with assistance when needed
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Comfortable working in all weather conditions
