As a Contract Logistics Quality Specialist, you will manage end-to-end warehousing operations for customers. By doing so with precision, you not only contribute to the success of your team, but also to the day-to-day operations and success within warehouse and distribution center environments.

How You Create Impact

• Ensure processes are followed to maintain accuracy and meet quality standards.
• Follow health and safety policies that comply with company and OSHA regulations.
• Identify non-conformances and quality issues.
• Monitor the quality of outgoing shipments.
• Establish priorities and successfully manage multiple tasks.
• Resolve discrepancies or escalate issues according to established procedures.
• Work overtime and weekends as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of warehouse experience.
• 1+ year of experience in a quality-focused role, such as Quality Auditor, Quality Specialist, or Quality Inspector.
• Basic technical and mathematical skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
