Quality Control Checker - 2nd Shift

The Quality Control Inspector IV is an expert in inspection and quality control processes, responsible for overseeing the quality assurance program. Oversee and lead complex inspections of materials, parts, and products. Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards. Document and record comprehensive inspection results, analysis, and strategic recommendations. Provide expert guidance and mentorship to the quality control team. Collaborate with production, engineering, and management teams to address and resolve quality issues. Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for quality issues. Lead quality control training programs for staff. Develop and manage quality control documentation and training materials. Participate in high-level quality audits and represent the company in external engagements. Monitor industry trends and advancements in inspection technology to continuously improve quality processes. High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.

• 5+ Years experience in Quality Control or related field.
• Expert proficiency in quality control principles and inspection techniques.
• Advanced understanding of finished goods inspection.
• In-depth understanding of material flow in operations.
• Extensive experience drafting work instructions and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Certified in either Network+, Security+, Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), and/or A+.
• Standing for extended periods during inspections.

Dexterity to handle small parts and use inspection tools. Occasional travel may be required.
