Dietary Aide - Part-time position available 

Weekend Differentials = $1.00 extra per hour

Job Duties: 

• Set up dining room coffee and sets up desserts and salades for lunch and dinner.

• Serves at mealtime, making sure residents receive what they order.

• Maintain accurate food temperature log and meal count for lunch and supper. 

• Services breakdown area following each meal; covers, dates, and refrigerates any leftovers.

• Checks stations for adequate supplies and restocks as necessary.

• Cleans and sanitizes kitchen equipment, warmer, refrigerator, ice machine, dish room, etc.

• Maintains work area and dining area in a clean and sanitized manner. Cleans dining room tables as necessary. Thoroughly cleans assigned area on a weekly basis.

• Follows sanitation and infection control guidelines. 

Qualifications: Willing to train the right candidate

• Good interpersonal and communications skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Previous kitchen experience a plus.

• Able to follow oral and written instructions in English.

• Reliable team-player.

• Positive, helpful attitudes only.

• Enjoys working with the elderly.
