Here are a few highlights specific to our medical assistant staff.COMPETITIVE COMPENSATION: $19/hr.+ based on experience and with potential for merit increases. Registered MAs earn $1 more/hr. Shift differential: Additional $10/hr. for hours worked after 5:30 PM and weekends. $500 sign on bonus at 90 days, plus $1000 bonuses at 6 and 12 months! Annual merit increasesCAREER LADDER: Opportunities as an MA, MA II, MA III, Trainer, Team Leader and SupervisorSCHEDULE: The work schedule for this role is aligned with Erie's hours of operations Monday through Friday and will include a minimum of two (2) Saturdays per month. Saturday hours are typically 9:30 AM- 2:00 PM.
