Data Center Associate - Kitting (E-Shift TH-F 10pm-6:30am, SA-SU 6pm-6:30am)

Position Summary Data Center Associate – Kitting. Full time, located in Lancaster, USA. Shift: Tuesday-Friday 10 pm-6:30 am, Saturday-Sunday 6 pm-6:30 am. Responsibilities Load and unload inbound and outbound freight to and from vehicles and containers. Perform quality checks on inbound and outbound freight, ensuring accurate part numbers, quantities, and pristine condition. Execute daily inventory cycle counts and place replenishment orders for critical spare parts on site. Process return shipments of electronic components using multiple warehouse management systems. Place server racks on the datacenter floor using laser measuring devices with 100% accuracy. Populate electronic components and install cabling into server racks following provided diagrams and schematics. Install rack hardware using hand, power, and measuring tools. Operate material handling equipment such as straddle stackers, rack movers, and electric pallet jacks. Perform cleanup activities to ensure safety, cleanliness, and adherence to 5S standards. Push, pull, and lift frequently throughout the workday. Deliverables Daily adherence to safety and process procedures. Reliability and punctuality. Attention to detail and focus on quality. Flexibility and cross‑training across multiple datacenter departments. Qualifications

• 1‑3 years of related experience in data center or warehouse operations.
• Good interpersonal and customer service skills; ability to forge positive relationships with stakeholders.
• Critical thinking and analytical skills to make confident decisions based on information and data.
• Experience with computers and knowledge of electrical safety and static discharge protocols.
• Ability to perform all essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Must pass all required background checks, clearances, and drug/alcohol tests.

Compensation Pay range: $21.00 – $22.00 per hour (actual compensation based on experience, skills, education, certifications, and location).
