Backend Java Engineer

Responsibilities Design and develop robust, scalable backend services using Java (8+) and Spring Framework Build and maintain RESTful APIs for high-performance applications Work with relational databases (SQL Server / Oracle) to design efficient data models and queries Write clean, maintainable, and production-ready code following best practices Participate in code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality backend solutions Contribute to system design discussions and architecture improvements Develop and execute unit and integration tests to ensure reliability What We’re Looking For Strong foundation in Core Java and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) Good understanding of data structures, collections, and multithreading basics Familiarity with Spring / Spring Boot and backend development concepts Knowledge of REST APIs, microservices architecture (basic understanding) Experience with SQL and database design principles Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field 0–1 year of hands-on experience in backend or Java development Familiarity with tools like Maven, Tomcat, WebLogic Exposure to messaging systems (e.g., RabbitMQ) is a plus Basic understanding of J2EE, JDBC Structured training + real-world project experience Exposure to modern backend technologies & enterprise systems Supportive, collaborative, and growth-focused culture Apply Now Ready to Build the Backbone of Modern Applications?
