Cocoon House in Everett, WA is seeking a Youth Housing Case Manager (Transitional Living Program) to create and implement individualized case plans for youth aged 16–17. You will advocate, coordinate services, and track progress across life skills, education, and health. The role requires on-site work, weekend/evening availability, and a commitment to equity, diversity and inclusion. Training and supervision are provided as part of a collaborative youth-services team. #J-18808-Ljbffr
