Clinical Resource Nurse

Rochester Regional Health seeks a Clinical Resource Nurse to provide expert clinical guidance and support across inpatient units. In this role, you will serve as a go-to resource for bedside nurses, assisting with complex cases, care planning, and escalation of clinical concerns. You will mentor and educate staff, promote evidence-based practice, and support quality and safety initiatives that enhance patient outcomes.
