Warehouse Team Member I We are looking for a Warehouse Team Member to accurately and efficiently complete assigned distribution center tasks using various equipment including RF barcode scanners, pallet jacks, forklifts, WMS applications, and other shipping applications. Responsibilities Accurately process system and manual transactions (receiving, transfer, pick, pack, ship). Load and unload batteries. Restock batteries. Charge, clean, date and rewrap rotations. Charge, test, clean, date adjustment batteries. Maintain a safe and clean warehouse environment. Accurately maintain warehouse reporting and claims. Operate a forklift and maintain current certification. Properly tag pallets for transfer, pick, pack, ship. Perform general warehousing duties (restocking shelves, housekeeping of assigned areas). Ability to multi‑task and quickly transition between functions. Any other duties assigned by warehouse distributor management. Qualifications High school graduate. Written, interpersonal, and verbal communication skills. No experience required; experience in warehouse operations preferred (RF/HH equipment, forklift, electric pallet jack, stretch‑wrap machine). Working knowledge of computers or ability to learn applicable systems. High degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Sense of urgency and well organized. Scope Interacts professionally within the warehouse distributor team. Interacts professionally with all other departments and team members. Accountable for individual accuracy and commitment to learning from mistakes. Operate with integrity and demonstrate a positive attitude. Work Environment Regularly lift and/or move up to 50 lbs without assistance (occasionally up to 75 lbs). Consistent walking during shift. Repetitive taping of boxes. Overtime required as deemed necessary. Use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) required.
