Description The Host serves as the first point of contact for members and their guests in our dining areas. This role is responsible for creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere while managing reservations, coordinating seating, and supporting smooth dining room operations. The ideal candidate is professional, personable, and attentive to detail, with a strong commitment to exceptional member service. Key Responsibilities Greet members and guests promptly and courteously upon arrival Manage dining reservations and waitlists using the club’s reservation system Coordinate seating to ensure optimal flow and member satisfaction Communicate effectively with servers, managers, and kitchen staff Maintain an organized host stand and entrance area Uphold club standards of etiquette, professionalism, and confidentiality Assist with special events, private functions, and member requests Address member concerns politely and ̵?
