Plant Electrical Maintenance Technician – 4-Day Work Week!

Location: Red Diamond | Moody, AL
Schedule: Second Shift: Monday–Thursday, 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM
Overtime: Occasional Fridays as needed

What You’ll Do:

As a Plant Electrical Maintenance Technician, you’ll play a critical role in keeping our production operations running smoothly by:

Troubleshooting and repairing electrical and mechanical equipment on production lines and support systems in a fast paced environment
Performing preventive maintenance on coffee and tea production equipment
Rebuilding pumps and other production-related equipment as needed
Completing scheduled work orders and documenting maintenance activities accurately
Assisting with line setups and changeovers
Communicating equipment issues and operational updates with team members across shifts

What We’re Looking For:

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 3 years of electrician and maintenance or related technical experience
Technical school preferred
Allen Bradley PLC experience required
Knowledge of PLC programming and ladder logic is a plus
Strong electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and air cylinder hydraulics skills
Ability to successfully handle multiple tasks at one time and meet deadlines
Computer proficiency including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Journeyman’s license preferred
