Title: Unit Secretary State Role Title: Admin and Office Spec I Hiring Range: $24.00 / Hour Pay Band: 2 Agency: Dept of Veterans Services Location: Puller Veterans Center Agency Website: Job Duties Answer phones, schedule appointments, relay messages, answer call lights. Perform monthly audits on patient charts. Monitor monthly weights and comply with state and federal regulations for medical records. Maintain knowledge of policies and procedures. Assist with resident care, transporting residents to appointments, and provide ADL care as indicated. Perform other duties as assigned by nursing department. Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Valid Virginia CNA License. CPR certification required upon hire or willingness to obtain. Computer experience. Knowledge of medical procedures and language. Ability to step in as a CNA when needed. Candidate must pass a criminal background check. #J-18808-Ljbffr
