Established Private Practice | 4-Day Workweek | Robotics Available

Join a well-established and highly respected OB/GYN practice in Tampa, Florida. This group has proudly served the community for more than 42 years and offers a stable, supportive, and collaborative private practice environment with excellent hospital resources and long-term growth potential.

The practice currently includes five OB/GYN physicians, one Certified Nurse Midwife, part-time Maternal-Fetal Medicine support, and plans to expand to six or seven providers. This is an excellent opportunity for an OB/GYN physician seeking a strong clinical practice, busy surgical volume, and quality of life in one of Florida's most desirable metro areas.

Practice Highlights:

• Established private OB/GYN group with 42 years of service to the Tampa community
• Supportive team of OB/GYN physicians, midwife, and MFM support

• Physicians are based at one office location only
• No office rotation required
• Three office locations in the Tampa area
• Hospital located approximately 5 minutes from the office
• Level IV NICU
• Full specialist support available when needed
• Two full-time maternal-fetal ultrasound techs in the office
• Epic EMR
• Collaborative and team-oriented practice culture

Clinical Details:

• Full-scope obstetrics and gynecology
• Approximately 15 deliveries per month
• Busy GYN surgical schedule
• Da Vinci robotic surgery available
• Opportunity to participate in robotics procedures
• Call shared equally, approximately 1:4 to 1:5
• No backup call for the midwife

Schedule:

• 4-day workweek
• Half-day on Fridays
• Balanced schedule with strong clinical and surgical volume

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive salary plus bonus structure
• Compensation range: $300,000'$350,000, depending on experience
• Additional delivery-based compensation beginning in year two
• Full and comprehensive benefits package

Candidate Requirements:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Strong commitment to high-quality patient care
