We are seeking an experienced, compassionate Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our close-knit team. Dental hygienist

Perform thorough dental hygiene assessments, cleanings, and preventative treatments to maintain and improve patients’ oral health
Conduct dental patient screenings, review medical histories, and document findings accurately
Utilize advanced dental technology including Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanners, and digital x-rays to enhance patient care
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care strategies tailored to their needs
Collaborate with dentists and team members to develop personalized treatment plans
Maintain compliance with infection control protocols and safety standards
Attend virtual or in-person training sessions to stay current on best practices and new technologies
Support office operations by assisting with documentation review and patient record maintenance

full-time $43 - $50 per hour

Monday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Thursday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Friday-Sunday: Closed

• Basic life support
• Cardiopulmonary resuscitation
• Experienced Dental Hygienist (3+ years)
• Licensed dental hygienist

Current Wisconsin dental hygienist license
Associate’s degree in Dental Hygiene required; Bachelor’s degree preferred where applicable
CPR Certification
Minimum of 11 years of dental hygiene experience preferred (mid-level)
Strong knowledge of dental hygiene procedures, patient screening, and documentation

• X-ray / Radiography Certification

Experience with Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanners, digital x-rays, and electronic medical records (EMR) systems
Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth
Ability to provide preventative care and maintenance for diverse patient needs
Open to new graduates and experienced hygienists alike
Ability to perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation
Prolonged periods of sitting and standing
Ability to lift and carry up to 45 pounds as needed
Willingness to participate in periodic virtual or in-person training sessions
Completion of tuberculosis (TB) test prior to employment (except in FL & TN)
