Part Time Maintenance Manager - Seeking a self starter who is willing to learn and help maintain apartments and homes with routine maintenance checks, touch up and quality appearance for everyone to call home. Our team is willing to train the right attitude and provide the tools and experience for someone to help grow and maintain the residential comunities.
Preferred experience but not required: willing to train
1. General Carpentry / building techniques; similar but not limited to maintenance checks on HVAC, plumbing, electricity.
2. Changing light bulbs, filters, testing systems on routine basis.
3. Diagnois, document and contact additoianl professional contractors: HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing or FIre Protection as needed.
4. Maintain Lawn / Snow services or assist with managing contract services for cleaning, lawn care and snow removal.
5. Must have valid driver's license and own vehicle to perfrom weekly / emergency appointments.
6. Tools & eqiupment provided.
7. Part Time with opportunity to grow with the company. approx 10 hrs per week.
8. Software & management tools provided along with training.
9. Must be willing to communicate with tenants, owners & property managers on regular basis to keep team informed and consistent.
