Senior Associate, Marketing

The Job

The Senior Associate, Marketing is a foundational hire on the Playboy Media & Brand growth team, providing direct execution support to the Sr. Director, Growth across subscription acquisition, experiential strategy, CRM operations, and revenue reporting. This role is designed for a highly organized, analytically minded operator who can translate strategic direction into disciplined, day-to-day execution. The successful candidate will gain broad exposure to subscription economics, lifecycle marketing, and cross-functional program management within one of the most recognized media brands in the world.

Subscription Growth Support

• Support execution of the subscriber acquisition strategy across paid, owned, and earned channels, including campaign setup, tracking, and optimization.
• Assist in monitoring subscription KPIs, including MRR, ARR, churn, LTV, and CAC, and flag variances against plan.
• Coordinate with the product and editorial teams to maintain an accurate view of the subscriber funnel from awareness through renewal.
• Prepare supporting materials for pricing, packaging, and new-offering business cases.

CRM & Lifecycle Marketing

• Build and deploy segmented email and lifecycle campaigns within the CRM and marketing automation platform.
• Maintain the testing calendar and execute A/B and multivariate tests, summarizing results for leadership review.
• Support ongoing management of retention and win-back campaigns, ensuring accurate targeting and timely deployment.
• Maintain data hygiene and segmentation logic within the CRM to support personalization initiatives.

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Serve as a day-to-day liaison between the growth function and editorial, product, and finance stakeholders.
• Compile and maintain recurring dashboards and reporting packages that track subscription and CRM performance.
• Support the monthly forecasting process by consolidating inputs from Finance and the analytics function.

Events & Contests Support

• Provide logistical and operational support for events designated as revenue and audience acquisition channels.
• Support execution of the paid voting and contest program, including CRM integration and first-party data capture.
• Track sponsorship, ticketing, and licensed activation revenue against target for each activation.
• Ensure all participant and attendee data is properly consented, captured, and imported into the CRM.

What You’ll Bring — Qualifications and Skills

Skills / Abilities / Competencies / Education & Experience

• 2 to 4 years of experience in marketing, growth, CRM, or subscription-based businesses.

• Working knowledge of CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Klaviyo, Braze, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Strong analytical proficiency, including advanced Excel skills and comfort working with performance dashboards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize data into clear recommendations.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams under tight timelines.
• Genuine affinity for the Playboy brand and an interest in media and subscription businesses.
• A bachelor's degree is required.
