Job Description

A-Line Staffing is now hiring a Full-Time, On-Site, Facilities Maintenance Electrician in Manassas, VA!

A leading semiconductor manufacturing facility is seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Electrician (Electrician 4) to support critical infrastructure operations in a high-tech fabrication environment.

This role is focused heavily on preventive maintenance (PMs) with occasional corrective maintenance (CM) support across complex electrical systems.

Facilities Maintenance Electrician Compensation

The pay for this position is $35-38/hr
Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Facilities Maintenance Electrician Highlights

This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
The required availability for this position is Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Facilities Maintenance Electrician Responsibilities

Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on facility electrical systems
Maintain and repair electrical components of critical equipment and infrastructure
Execute daily assigned PM work orders with precision and safety compliance
Interpret electrical one-line diagrams and perform feeder switching on redundant systems
Respond quickly to system alarms and failures to restore uptime
Troubleshoot electrical malfunctions using diagnostic tools and test equipment
Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems including:
- Switchgear (LV / MV)
- UPS systems and battery systems
- Distribution panels, breakers, motors, relays, and controls
Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance, testing, and equipment performance
Follow strict safety procedures including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO)

Facilities Maintenance Electrician Requirements

4+ years of experience in electrical systems
Valid Electrical Journeyman’s License preferred
Experience with: (Preferred)
- High Voltage / Medium Voltage systems
- UPS systems and batteries
- Industrial or semiconductor facility environments

Preferred Qualifications

3+ years in industrial or semiconductor electrical maintenance
Associate’s degree or related technical certification
Strong understanding of electrical troubleshooting and system diagnostics
