As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the high-quality delivery of rehabilitation services to our patients and residents. If you have a passion for rehabilitation and a strong leadership background, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.Job Responsibilities:Ensure the quality and appropriateness of patient care meets or exceeds company and industry standardsDirect and assess the scheduling of patients/residents for therapy servicesParticipate in team meetings to formulate treatment plans and discuss progressReview therapist documentation practices for clarity, conciseness, and consistencyMaintain a clinical caseload as neededGenerate and analyze financial, operational, and productivity reportsEnsure weekly and monthly statistics, patient outcome data, and billing logs are accurate, complete, and reported in a timely mannerSupervise program staff in daily program operations and clinical activitiesContinuously promote interdisciplinary, clinical reasoning skills, and best practices within rehabilitationRequirements:Bachelor's or master's degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and/or Speech/Language PathologyCurrent licensure by the Board of Allied Health ProfessionsCurrent membership in professional organizations at the state and national level preferredTwo (2) to four (4) years of clinical experience requiredOne (1) to two (2) years of supervisory experience with multi-disciplines preferredMust be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English languageAbility to function effectively in multi-faceted systems and to interact effectively with all levels of staff and customersStrong oral and written communication skillsStrong organizational and analytical skillsHow to Apply:If you are a motivated and experienced rehabilitation professional looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity, please submit your application today.
