Location 79 Jefferson St, HH Bliss Wing (zip code 10064). Shift Details First shift Interventional Technologist. Mandatory call required. New hire eligible for sign‑on bonus up to $10,000. Job Summary The Interventional Radiologic Technologist operates digital equipment and performs complex invasive procedures by positioning patients and preparing contrast media to assist physicians in diagnosis and treatment. Comprehensive knowledge of anatomy and physiology is required. Responsible for working with contrast media, chemotherapy agents, radiation agents, cements, resins and embolization agents. The position may require performing procedures in other departments such as OR, Cath lab and multiple imaging modalities. This is a clinical 100% role and may require mandatory call as needed. Qualifications State of Connecticut Radiographer license and ARRT certification in Radiography. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Graduate from an accredited Radiography program. At least 1 year as a Radiologic Technologist required; 1–2 years IR experience preferred.
