Maintenance Tech

Maintenance TechWe are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Tech to join our team in the Agriculture industry. As a Maintenance Tech, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment and facilities. Your main goal will be to minimize downtime and maximize productivity. You will work closely with other members of the maintenance team to troubleshoot and repair equipment, as well as perform preventative maintenance tasks. Your attention to detail and ability to work independently will be crucial to your success in this role.Minimum QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent2+ years of experience in maintenance or a related fieldStrong mechanical aptitudeAbility to read and interpret technical manuals and schematicsExcellent problem-solving skillsPreferred QualificationsAssociate's degree in a related fieldExperience with welding and fabricationExperience with electrical systems and controlsExperience with hydraulic and pneumatic systemsExperience with PLC programmingResponsibilitiesPerforming routine maintenance on equipment and facilitiesTroubleshooting and repairing equipmentPerforming preventative maintenance tasksMaintaining accurate records of maintenance activitiesCollaborating with other members of the maintenance team to ensure smooth operation of equipment and facilitiesAs a Maintenance Tech, you will use your strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and repair equipment. You will also use your ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics to perform routine maintenance tasks. Your experience with welding and fabrication, electrical systems and controls, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and PLC programming will be beneficial in this role.
