Primary Care Nurse, RN/LPN

Work under the direction of the primary care operations team Work directly with Mercy Primary Care Providers Provide safe, timely, effective, efficient, equitable, patient-centered care systematically Partner with patients, providers, and clinical care team members Drive quality outcomes for an attributed patient panel Perform duties consistently with Mercy’s mission, values, and Service Standards Requirements Diploma from an accredited school of nursing (RN or LPN) Active nursing licensure in the state of Oklahoma (RN or LPN) Preferred: BSN Preferred: 6 months of nursing experience Primary Care experience helpful but not required Must complete at least 90 days of full-time, in-person training at the clinic before hybrid remote work becomes available Hybrid schedule requires 2–3 days per week onsite after training Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in providing patient-centered care while collaborating effectively with primary care providers and clinical teams. Holds active nursing licensure and is committed to driving quality outcomes in a primary care setting.
