Competitive Pay: $17.00/hour depending on shift

3rd Shift: Days and times will differ based on delivery schedule.

Full-time Opportunity: 40 hours per week

Skills and Experience

What You'll Do as a Seasonal Package Sorter:

• Maintain a safe work environment by lifting and placing 50 lb. mail sacks or packages into containers with proper technique.
• Embrace technology by efficiently scanning labels and entering data into our system.
• Ensure smooth customer shipment processing by meeting our PPH (production per hour) goals for scanning and manual encoding.
• Take ownership of your encoding station, setting it up efficiently each day and ensuring everything is properly stored at the end of your shift.
• Maintain a keen eye, inspecting mail and labels for any potential issues.
• If you spot a production or quality problem, you'll be the first line of defense, reporting it to the appropriate manager.

The Ideal Candidate Might:

• Have previous warehouse or scanning experience (a plus)
• Need physical stamina for repetitive lifting (50 lbs.), prolonged standing, overhead reaching, squatting, bending, and kneeling
• Read, comprehend, and carry out verbal instructions in English
• Have basic math skills such as counting, addition, and subtraction
• A knack for sorting alphabetically and numerically
• Have strong organization, hand-eye coordination, and attention to detail
• Thrive in fast-paced environment and be a team player
