Regional Sales Director

Location: Must live in Anne Arundel, Charles, or Prince George's County. Reports To: CEO/Owner. Position Summary Options Home Care is seeking a high-performing, results-driven Regional Sales Director to lead and scale our growth in Anne Arundel, Prince George's, and Charles counties. This individual will be responsible for driving revenue, developing strategic referral partnerships, and leading a small sales team to expand our presence in the home care market. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in healthcare sales—preferably in home care, home health, or senior services—and has a proven track record of building high-performing teams and exceeding growth targets. Key Responsibilities Revenue Growth & Strategy: Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to achieve and exceed revenue targets. Own and nurture established facility relationships. Identify new market opportunities and drive expansion in key territories. Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize results. Team Leadership & Development Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales representatives/liaisons. Set clear performance expectations and hold team accountable to KPIs. Provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and professional development. Referral & Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, including hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, physicians, case managers, and community organizations. Represent Options Home Care at networking events, industry functions, and community outreach initiatives. Ensure consistent and high-quality engagement across all referral channels. Operational Alignment Collaborate with operations to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery. Partner with marketing to execute local campaigns and brand initiatives. Maintain CRM accuracy and ensure consistent reporting on pipeline and performance. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field (preferred). 5+ years of sales experience in healthcare, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role. Experience in home care, home health, hospice, or senior services strongly preferred. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills. Ability to travel within the assigned region. Key Competencies Strategic thinking and execution. Leadership and team development.
