We're looking for an Operations Supervisor to support daily operations, lead frontline teams, and help drive business performance. This hands-on leadership role is ideal for someone who enjoys developing employees, improving processes, and delivering exceptional customer service.


Responsibilities

• Support daily operations, scheduling, staffing, and workflow coordination.
• Coach, train, and develop employees while fostering a positive team culture.
• Monitor operational performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
• Resolve customer concerns and support a high-quality service experience.
• Assist with hiring, forecasting, and achieving business goals.

Qualifications

• 2 years of leadership experience in operations, logistics, transportation, field services, or a similar environment.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
