Join our remarkable hospital located in Lancaster, CA! As a Level 2 Trauma center, certified for stroke and cancer care, we boast 420 beds and one of the largest emergency departments on the West Coast, complete with a helipad. This environment guarantees exposure to a diverse patient population that is rarely found in other facilities.

We are looking for a full-time Outpatient Speech Language Pathologist to become part of our dedicated team in Lancaster, CA. Part-time and PRN positions are also available. In this role, you will deliver direct patient care and assist with rehabilitation activities. All therapists receive a membership with Evidence In Motion (EIM), which supports professional development and ongoing education—ideal for those eager to grow in their careers.

• A strong passion for serving others.
• AHA BLS certification is required.
• California licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist or the ability to obtain one.
• Both recent graduates and experienced Speech Language Pathologists are encouraged to apply.

Compensation: $44 - $60 per hour, plus up to a $5,000 sign-on bonus, 401(k) with a 4% match, free continuing education, student loan reimbursement, and more.
