Roeder Implement is a long-standing, family-owned company seeking a motivated and experienced Equipment Reconditioning Detailer to join our dedicated team. What You’ll Do

As an Equipment Reconditioning Detailer , you will be crucial in maintaining the appearance of equipment offered for sale by the dealership by:

• Deep Cleaning : Wash, degrease, and steam-clean the exterior of equipment, including chassis, engine compartments, undercarriage, tracks, and wheels, to remove heavy dirt, oil, and grime.
• Interior Detailing : Vacuum, scrub, and sanitize cabs and interiors, including seats, floors, dashboards, and glass.

· Surface Preparation : Buff, wax, and apply protective coatings to painted and plastic surfaces to restore shine and protect against wear.

· Decal Removal/Replacement : Safely remove old or damaged decals and preparing the surface for new decals or company branding.

· Minor Touch-Ups : Perform minor paint touch-ups and rust removal on small areas of the machine's exterior.

• Ensuring every job meets our high standards for quality and customer satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a motivated individual who meets the following qualifications and possesses the right attitude.

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent experience required.
• Physical Ability: Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs repeatedly .
• Operating Skills: Ability to operate vehicles, tools, and equipment used in machinery pre-delivery processes.
• Attitude: Must be a self-starter and maintain a positive, "can-do" attitude .
• Work Ethic: You must enjoy working safely and take pride in your work .
