Estamos buscando un(a) Asesor(a) de Ventas Retail motivado(a), amable y bilingüe (español e inglés) para brindar un excelente servicio al cliente, crear relaciones sólidas con los clientes e impulsar las ventas de teléfonos móviles, planes y accesorios. Responsabilidades Principales

Brindar un servicio al cliente excepcional, ayudando a los clientes con teléfonos, planes y accesorios.
Desarrollar relaciones sólidas al comprender las necesidades de los clientes y recomendar las mejores soluciones.
Promover y vender productos, asegurando la satisfacción del cliente.
Mantenerse actualizado(a) sobre los productos, sus características y las promociones vigentes.
Mantener la tienda limpia, organizada y con un ambiente profesional y acogedor.

Requisitos

Dominio fluido de español e inglés (indispensable).
Se prefiere experiencia en ventas minoristas (retail) o servicio al cliente, aunque no es obligatoria .
Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y trato interpersonal.
Actitud positiva, iniciativa propia e interés por las ventas.
Capacidad para trabajar en un ambiente dinámico y orientado al trabajo en equipo.
Contar con autorización válida para trabajar en los Estados Unidos.
