Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP FI/CO Manager to own and enhance SAP Finance systems within a complex, global environment. This role combines hands-on SAP configuration expertise with strong finance process knowledge and stakeholder leadership across Finance and Technology.

You will play a key role in ensuring the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of SAP finance applications while supporting critical financial operations and transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP FI/CO configuration, support, enhancements, and project delivery.
• Partner with senior Finance stakeholders to define requirements and deliver solutions.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery including design, build, testing, deployment, and support.
• Support financial close processes and drive automation where possible.
• Manage integrations between SAP and third-party finance systems.
• Improve finance processes across R2R, O2C, and P2P.
• Ensure clear documentation of systems, processes, and configurations.

SAP FICO Expertise Required

• Strong hands-on SAP FI/CO configuration experience including:
• FI-GL, FI-AP, FI-AR, FI-AA, FI-BL, FI-SL
• EBS, Automatic Payment Program, ledgers, and currency configuration
• CO-CCA, CO-PA, internal orders, product costing, profit centre accounting

Finance Process Knowledge

Strong understanding of end-to-end finance processes including:

• Record-to-Report (R2R)
• Order-to-Cash (O2C)
• Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
• Cash application, reconciliations, and financial close
• Chargebacks, costing, and profitability analysis

Experience Required

• Extensive, hands on SAP FI/CO configuration and implementation experience.
• Experience delivering at least one full end-to-end SAP implementation.
• Strong stakeholder management with senior Finance teams.
• Experience with SAP integrations and third-party systems.
• Ability to work across full project lifecycle from requirements to post-go-live support.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
