Description Use hand tools and operate production equipment to manufacture medical devices and ancillary products. Follow drawings, guidelines, and/or diagrams to ensure product specifications and tolerance levels are met. Perform other miscellaneous tasks as assigned. (Level 1) Position Manufacturing Technician I Hours Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM Job Type & Location Contract; Tampa, FL Experience Level Entry Level Responsibilities Use hand tools and operate production equipment. Manufacture medical devices and ancillary products. Follow drawings, guidelines, and/or diagrams to meet product specifications and tolerances. Perform other miscellaneous tasks as assigned. Requirements Vision acuity sufficient to distinguish different colors. English language proficiency (reading, writing, speaking, and understanding directions). Excellent hand‑eye coordination and manual dexterity. Basic math skills, ability to use computers, and perform measurements in English and metric units. Mechanical aptitude with ability to use computers and robots on the factory floor. Physical stamina to stand or sit for long periods (up to 4 hours) and perform repetitive work. Physical strength to lift components, tools, equipment, and machinery up to 50 pounds. Ability to understand work instructions, blueprints, and schematics for a wide range of components, assemblies, tools, and equipment.
