Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Illinois state PT license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred. Demonstrated proficiency in therapeutic exercise, gait training, and functional mobility interventions preferred.

Preferred Qualifications Experience with electronic medical records in a post-acute or skilled nursing environment. Previous travel therapy experience preferred.

Assignment Details Shift hours: 08:30–16:30. Work schedule: five 8-hour shifts per week.
