Director of Sales & Marketing Overview Cal-Ore is seeking an experienced Director of Sales & Marketing to lead revenue growth and strategic initiatives. This executive role oversees Sales & Marketing, Service Delivery, and Customer Service functions to ensure alignment with company goals and a high-quality customer experience. Job Summary Lead daily operations of Sales & Marketing and Service Delivery teams Provide indirect oversight of Customer Service Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive growth Manage budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity Build strategic partnerships to expand market reach Track and report on KPIs, ROI, and campaign effectiveness Allocate resources across initiatives for maximum impact Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure strong service delivery Recruit, train, and mentor team members Conduct performance evaluations and foster a results-driven culture Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience) 10+ years of telecommunications experience 10+ years in sales and/or marketing roles 5+ years of leadership experience (telecom preferred) Proven success developing and executing growth strategies Experience managing complex sales cycles (Enterprise, Government, Education, Commercial) Strong analytical skills with ROI/TCO experience Excellent communication and presentation skills Demonstrated leadership and team development success Strong organizational and time management skills Valid driver’s license with clean driving record Cal-Ore offers competitive wages and a generous benefits package, including medical coverage and a pension plan. #J-18808-Ljbffr Cal-Ore Telephone Co
