Responsibilities We are seeking a Human Resources Generalist who is passionate about fostering a positive workplace culture and supporting our team’s growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR best practices, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. This is a full-time position reporting to the Director of Human Resources at the Company’s Corporate Office located in Lodi, CA. What You’ll Do Recruitment and Staffing : Coordinate hiring processes, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees. Employee Relations : Address employee concerns, mediate disputes, and foster a positive workplace culture through effective communication and conflict resolution. Policy Implementation : Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and organizational standards. Compliance and Recordkeeping : Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws and maintain accurate HR documentation. Performance Management : Support performance review processes, provide coaching to managers, and facilitate employee development programs. Training and Development : Organize and deliver training sessions, workshops, and initiatives to enhance employee skills and engagement. HR Metrics and Reporting : Track and analyze HR data to provide insights and support decision-making. Support Strategic Initiatives : Collaborate with leadership on organizational goals, succession planning, and workforce development. What’s In It for You? This position is Hybrid, working two days at the office and three days from home Qualifications What You’ll Need Excellent customer service skills and ability to use good judgment in decision making. Excellent interpersonal skills such as conflict resolution and active listening skills. Excellent communication skills and the ability to speak clearly and efficiently in English, draft accurate and professional written communications, and check for spelling and grammatical errors. Strong organizational and leadership skills. Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Coachability, confident humility, and the eagerness to grow in one’s area of expertise. Ability to build effective relationships, trust, and credibility at all levels of the organization. Ability to handle multiple inputs, projects and demands concurrently with quality and timely delivery. An openness to pivot as business priorities evolve, committing to a plan while remaining flexible and open to change as needed. An enthusiasm for creating impact through HR, translating to a strong bias for action and proactivity. Education and Specifications High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. Bachelor’s degree in HR or business-related degree desirable. Professional HR certification (HRCI or SHRM) preferred.
