Talent Sourcing Partner Remote - preferred in San Diego, CA, Huntsville, AL, or St. Petersburg, Fl. Purpose Build and deliver vetted candidate pipelines that enable PVM hiring managers to fill mission-critical roles quickly and effectively. The Talent Sourcing Partner operates at the top of funnel, delivering qualified talent pipelines while PVM owns downstream hiring activity. Core Responsibilities Receive and clarify requisition briefs from hiring managers, including target profile, compensation expectations, location requirements, and hiring urgency. Source candidates through independent channels, professional networks, referrals, talent communities, and sourcing platforms using independent methodology. Conduct first-pass candidate screens to assess qualifications, availability, compensation alignment, and basic role fit. Deliver vetted candidate shortlists with structured candidate notes and screening summaries. Re-source underperforming requisitions as needed to support hiring outcomes. Provide market intelligence related to talent availability, compensation trends, and pipeline insights. Pipeline updates on active requisitions. Talent market insights as requested.
