This hospital-based facility maintains the clinical resources and established protocols necessary to support interventional cardiology services across inpatient and emergency department settings on an on-site basis. The facility is structured to accommodate call and in-house call coverage, with RN staffing available to support clinical operations. Infrastructure is in place to ensure continuity of cardiac care delivery throughout each assigned coverage period.

The area surrounding this facility offers a range of recreational and entertainment options suited to varied interests. Local attractions include Ballpark Commons, home to a 4,000-seat stadium, as well as The Milky Way Drive-In and The Hill Has Eyes outdoor attraction. Nearby destinations such as Whitnall Park and Boerner Botanical Gardens, both within approximately 3 miles, provide accessible green spaces for outdoor recreation. The community maintains an active civic presence and a variety of parks for residents and visitors during time away from clinical responsibilities.

Clinicians will provide hospital-based interventional cardiology coverage across inpatient and emergency department settings on a call and in-house call basis, with 1-7 shifts required per month on an ongoing basis. Clinical responsibilities include responding to inpatient cardiac cases and performing interventional cardiology procedures as credentialed by the facility. A patient volume of 10-11 patients per day is expected at the primary facility, with 1-3 patients per day at the secondary facility. Call coverage is a required component of this assignment, and RN support is available throughout each designated coverage period. Board certification in Interventional Cardiology is required for consideration.
