Job Description:


- Seeking passionate Medical Technologists and Medical Laboratory Technicians to join our dynamic team in Bethel, AK.


- Perform a variety of laboratory tests and procedures, ensuring quality control and accuracy.


- Communicate effectively with physicians, nurses, and patients to provide excellent care.

Position Qualifications:


- Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or a related field is required.


- Must be board eligible by NCA or ASCP and achieve board certification within one year of starting.


- 2 to 3 years of progressive experience in:
- Chemistry
- Blood bank
- Hematology
- Microbiology
- Formal student internship may be considered


- Certification at MT by ASCP or CLS by NCA must be attained within one year.

- Strong knowledge of clinical laboratory instrumentation is essential.


- Laboratory generalist skills required.

- Ability to work independently and lead Medical Laboratory Assistants.

Additional Information:


- Shared housing available; no pets allowed.


- Airfare to be paid initially by the candidate and reimbursed upon arrival.


- Flight itinerary required at least one week in advance for orientation scheduling.


- New Employee Orientation occurs every Tuesday and Wednesday only.


- All credentials must be verified before travel.
